Kelly Hoye is currently a first-year graduate student at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. She graduated cum laude in May 2016 from Baldwin Wallace University and holds a BA in International Affairs. At the graduate level she has studied conflict early warning, peace negotiations and agreements, international human rights law, genocide, and mediation and peacebuilding. Conflict prevention is her primary focus, and she aims to work within this field after receiving her MA. Kelly was previously employed at the Center for International Policy as the Africa Security Assistance Monitor Intern and at the Baldwin Wallace Community Research Institute as a research assistant.
