Sebastian Pavlou Graham is a Research Assistant at the Fund For Peace. Since joining the Fund For Peace in 2013, he has worked in the Conflict Early Warning and Assessment Program. He is currently working on the 2013 Failed States Index. A French-American national of Greek and New Zealand origins, Sebastian holds a joint honours BA in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Warwick. He completed his Master’s degree in International Security Studies at University College London, focusing on conflict analysis and resolution, nuclear non-proliferation and terrorism. Prior to joining the Fund For Peace, he worked on various humanitarian projects in Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru.
