Sarah Silverman is a Research Assistant at the Fund for Peace. As a junior in the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University, she is concentrating in Conflict Resolution and minoring in Peace Studies. Prior to working at the FFP, Sarah interned with the US House of Representatives for a semester in the office of Congressman Denny Heck. During a semester of her junior year, she plans to study abroad in Rwanda to study post-genocide restoration and peacebuilding. At the FFP, Sarah has greatly enjoyed working on the Conflict Assessment and Violence Affecting Women and Girls programs, as well as being able to apply her academic work to current events.
